The Cumberland County Fire Department Poster Contest is going on now! Enjoy the fun of creating a poster that promotes awareness of properly charging Lithium Ion Batteries. Poster contest rules are available at the Main Station at 1391 Livingston Road. Posters should be turned in by September 15th 2026.
The CCHS Class of 1991 will celebrate their 35th High School Reunion on August 28th & 29th. Friday, August 28th they will gather at the CCHS Football game to cheer on the Jets at 6:30pm. Then Saturday, August 29th they will enjoy food, fun, and friends at Kimbro Farms

NASHVILLE --- Tennessee residents will be able to hunt without a license on Saturday, Aug. 22, which also marks the opening day of squirrel season. Free Hunting Day is an annual event provided by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) in hopes of increasing interest in hunting.
