Colonel Keith Warren Ramsey, U.S. Army, Retired, 65

Morrison resident Colonel Keith Warren Ramsey, U.S. Army, Retired, 65, was born July 9, 1960 at Johnson Air Force Base, Japan and died June 17, 2026 in Morrison, alongside his brother, Major Brian Stuart Ramsey, U.S. Air Force, Retired.

A retired Colonel with the United States Army and a Cyber Security Professional with Arnold Air Force Base, he was the son of Charles N. Ramsey and the late Shirley Ann Allen Ramsey.

In addition to his father, Major Ramsey is survived by his wife, Trish Ramsey of Morrison; daughter, Emma (Ryan) Ramsey of Odenton, Md.; brother, Bruce Scott Ramsey of Spartanburg, S.C.; nieces, Toni (Braeden) Watkins, Dani (Matt) Hall and Bekah Ramsey.

Per his wishes, Major Ramsey will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
