- The Warren County Rescue Squad’s next country ham breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, March 21. The dining room will be open, and both pickup and delivery will be available by calling 931-473-7023. Call by 6 a.m. for delivery orders, but please give at least one-hour notice for large orders. Breakfast plates are $12, and include ham or sausage, two biscuits, potatoes, scrambled eggs and gravy. Ham biscuits, sausage biscuits and gravy & biscuits will also be available. Proceeds go to help fund the Rescue Squad’s efforts throughout the year.
- The Warren County Genealogical and Historical Association will meet on Saturday, March 21 and Saturday, April 18 at 2 p.m. in the Magnolia Room of the Warren County Administration Building at 201 Locust St. The program will be on the Daughters of the American Revolution with Susan Ackerman, Regent of the Lt. James Sheppard Chapter, being the guest speaker.
- The Building and Grounds Committee Meeting will take place Monday, March 23 at 4:30 p.m. at the Warren County Administration Building on 201 Locust St.
- The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet will be held Friday, March 27 at 5 p.m., featuring a Hawaiian-themed evening with dinner, Polynesian performances by Mahealani’s Polynesian Entertainment of Atlanta and recognition of excellence within the local business community. Tickets are $75 per person and must be purchased in advance at the Chamber office, located at 110 South Court Square.
- The Junior Auxiliary of McMinnville is hosting “Hopping Into Health,” a free community event on Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. to noon at Westwood Church of Christ 511 Morrison St. The event will feature a morning of fun and wellness, including healthy tips and activities from local businesses, interactive booths for kids, prizes and giveaways and pictures with the Easter Bunny.
- Midway CIC will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28, at 10:30 a.m. Hot dogs will be provided, and attendees are asked to bring either a dessert or chips. Eggs will also be provided, but children should bring their own baskets.
- An Easter egg hunt presented by the Historic Dr. Thomas Black House will take place on Sunday, March 29 from 2-3 p.m. at 301 West Main Street in McMinnville. The event will feature free entry to the lawn and egg hunt, along with free photos with the Easter Bunny. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own phone or camera to capture the memories. Children ages 1-12 will hunt in designated areas, and prizes will be awarded in each age category for finding the golden egg and collecting the most eggs. Participants are asked to bring their own basket or bag to gather their eggs.
- Bologna Day will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2026, as the McMinnville–Warren County Chamber of Commerce travels to the Tennessee State Capitol to celebrate a long-standing local tradition while connecting with state lawmakers. Originally started in the 1970s as a grassroots way for citizens to engage with elected officials over bologna sandwiches and conversation, the event continues to bring Warren County residents together for fellowship, advocacy and discussion, with a light lunch provided by Prater’s BBQ; those wishing to ride the bus should RSVP to lsimmons@warrentn.com or call the Chamber office at 931-473-6611.
- McMinnville Saddle Club will be hosting an Easter egg hunt on Friday, April 3rd starting at 7 pm at the Warren County A&L Fair Grounds arena drive.
- The Warren County Memorial Airport Meeting will take place on Monday, April 6 at 6 p.m. at 48 Airport Rd.
- The Warren County Democratic Party will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, April 6 at 6 p.m. in the Magnolia Room on 201 Locust St. The group meets on the first Monday of every month.
- Dibrell Elementary School will host its annual school pageant fundraiser on Saturday, April 11 at noon, with proceeds helping fund the eighth grade promotion ceremony and Dollywood trip. The pageant includes categories from newborn through eighth grade, with a boy and girl in each division receiving trophies, along with the crowning of Kindergarten King and Queen, Mr. and Mrs. Dibrell, and People’s Choice awards.
- The “Raise Your Voice” Karaoke Night Fundraiser benefiting Families in Crisis will take place Saturday, April 11 at Collins River BBQ on 117 E Main St, with registration at 6 p.m. and the contest beginning at 6:30 p.m.
- The Warren County Republican Party will hold its monthly meeting Thursday, April 16 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the early voting room of the Warren County Administration Building on Locust St. The group meets the third Thursday of each month to promote personal liberties and conservative values, as well as discuss and execute ideas to elect conservatives to local city and county government.
- The Warren County Master Gardeners’ Association will meet Thursday, April 16 at 6 p.m. in the Magnolia Room at the Warren County Administration Building at 201 Locust St. WCMGA meets the third Thursday of each month, gathering at the fairgrounds during summer months and at the Magnolia Room of the Warren County Administration Building during the rest of the year. - Families in Crisis will host a Sexual Assault Support Group Thursday, April 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 101 W. Main St., McMinnville. The group offers survivors a safe space to receive support, take part in healing activities, increase self-esteem, and learn coping skills to empower them on their journey.
- The Children’s Advocacy Center of the 31st Judicial District will host its 17th Annual Angels Spring Gala, themed “Sparkle for a Cause: A Sapphire, Ruby & Diamond Soirée,” on Saturday, April 18 at the Milner Recreation Center on 500 Garfield St, with a social hour at 5 p.m. and the event beginning at 6 p.m., inviting the community to enjoy an elegant evening supporting advocacy and healing for local children. - Caring Hearts United will hold their monthly meeting Thursday, April 23 at 6 p.m. at Suite 4 on 352 South Chancery St. Caring Hearts United is a nonprofit organization that assists hospice units in Warren and surrounding counties. - The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce will host its Chamber 101 event on Friday, April 24 from 9-10 a.m. at 110 South Court Square, where attendees will learn the many benefits of being a member, how to get involved and the tools available to help their business grow. - The McMinnville-Warren County Chamber of Commerce will host the “Glow & Bloom at the Chamber Prom Experience” on April 24 from 5–9 p.m. at 110 South Court Square, inviting guests to grab their besties for a fun prom-prep evening featuring $25 spray tans by Glo in Grace by Annabella Culwell and a build-your-own flower bar (prices vary) by Made For More Floral Co.
- Willy B’s Smokehouse will be hosting a Middle Schoolers Prom on Friday, April 24 from 6–8 p.m. at Bernard Gym on 103 Bernard Dr. The event will feature food, drinks, door prizes and music by DJ Taggskee Entertainment, with a donation station set up at the door, and all proceeds benefiting McMinnville Special Games. The prom is supported by several local businesses and sponsors, including First National Bank, Cookies by Brax, The Butcher on Main, Barren Fork Brews, Athena Art Co., The Café at Three City and Oh, Sugar!, helping make the night a fun community event for middle school students.
- Comedian Ben Miller will bring his Volcano Tour to the Cumberland Caverns on Saturday, April 25 at 6:30 p.m., delivering a unique night of science-inspired stand-up comedy inspired by his 2023 Artist in Residence experience at Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park. - The third annual Burgers and Brews fundraiser for Area 9 Special Olympics will be held Monday, April 27 at Begonias, giving the community a chance to enjoy a meal, drinks and meet local athletes while supporting the program. Area 9 serves athletes from 13 Upper Cumberland counties who compete in a variety of sports and regularly advance to regional, state and national competitions, including the 2026 USA Games in Twin Cities, Minnesota, where four local athletes will represent Team Tennessee in powerlifting, bocce and pickleball. Sponsorship opportunities range from $100 to $1,000 and include banner recognition and table options, with each table receiving an appetizer and a meal per seat. - Heavenly Closet Thrift Store is open Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 100 Market Street, adjacent to the Farmer’s Market. The organization’s soup kitchen is open Mondays and Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. until noon each day, at 218 E. Main St. Proceeds from the thrift store fund the soup kitchen’s efforts. Volunteers and donations are always accepted. The group is part of the “Helping Hands” ministry.
