I was blessed to be adopted and raised by Luella and James (Dick) Teeple in the Eaton Community of White County.

Being raised on a farm truly establishes the traits of discipline, responsibility, patience and a sense of stewardship for the land which is entrusted to us. Even though I left White County by enlisting in the US Air Force a few months after graduation in 1983, my farm up-bringing had a lasting impact on the endeavors of my life.

I believe my life experiences and in businesses I started and operated; as well as my current role as Manager of Freedom Pawn in Sparta, will be useful in the decisions made for our county as a representative of District 5.

For many years it has seemed to me that Sparta and White County has yet to live up to its true potential. Hopefully, with a new group of leaders, we can begin to shift towards job growth for future generations. Additionally, I have seen areas of our county that are desperate for clean-up. We need to all work together to maintain the value of properties we own, rent, lease or otherwise occupy and use.

With your prayers, support and votes, I would appreciate the opportunity to serve and represent my neighbors and friends in District 5 of White County.
