My name is Tracy England Fowler and I am proud to announce my candidacy for White County Commissioner, District 7.

I was born and raised right here in District 7, so it holds a special place in my heart. I graduated from White County High School in 1989 and worked alongside my father as a licensed electrician for nearly 30 years. My parents, Joe B. And Kathy England, not only instilled hard work and family values in me, but also the value of community.

With nearly three years of experience as your District 7 school board member, I have seen that effective leadership requires prioritizing citizens, listening attentively, and driving meaningful action toward the better of our community.

In my time on the school board, I have developed a deeper understanding of our county’s challenges and opportunities from rising property taxes and animal shelter considerations to possibilities of growth such as tourism, infrastructure, and economic growth.

I am committed to ensuring that every member of our community feels heard, supported, and proud to reside in White County. Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant future for the place we are so blessed to call home.
