The Del Toro family name is a familiar one in Sparta’s business community, and one of their latest venture is continuing that tradition of local entrepreneurship. One of the family’s newest additions is Jaxito Burrito, a fast-casual restaurant that has quickly carved out its own place in town’s growing dining scene.
Located at 392 W. Bockman Way, Jaxito Burrito first opened its doors to the public in early December of 2024. Since then, the restaurant has introduced a different style of dining to Sparta — one that allows customers to build their meal exactly the way they want it.
