Investigator Sarah Smith Named Sheriff's Youth Academy Instructor of the Year

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is congratulating Investigator Sarah Smith who was presented the 2026 Sheriff’s Youth Academy Instructor of the Year Award at the graduation Friday night. The program teaches leadership, integrity, respect, teamwork and positive relationships with law enforcement.
