On Dec. 24, live NORAD operators and volunteers will be available from 4 a.m. to midnight MST (5 a.m. to 1 a.m. CST) to share updates on Santa’s location. Families can call 1-877-HI-NORAD (1-877-446-6723) to speak directly with the NORAD Tracks Santa Operations Center.

This year, NORAD has also introduced a web-based calling option at noradsanta.org, allowing children without access to a phone to connect online. Virtual translation services are available through the call center, supporting more than 200 languages.

After midnight MST, live operators will no longer be available, but Santa’s flight can continue to be tracked until 3 a.m. MST (4 a.m. CST) on Dec. 25 by calling NORAD’s Interactive Voice Response system or visiting the Santa Tracker website.

NORAD Tracks Santa is a global holiday tradition supported by U.S. and Canadian NORAD personnel.
