McMinnville resident and Warren County native Martha Ann Jones, 83, was born Dec. 28, 1942 and died April 22, 2026 at her residence following an extended illness.
A homemaker and member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Marcus and Elizabeth Graves Smartt.
Mrs. Jones was married to Donald Jones of McMinnville on June 17, 1961. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Randy Jones, Beth (Tim) Deason, Kyle (Kristi) Jones and Andy Jones all of McMinnville; eight grandchildren, Aimee (Bruce) Mathias of Smithville, Michelle (JimBob) Stubblefield of McMinnville, Brittany Jones of Columbia, Tenn., Cody (Sumner) Deason of McMinnville, Kara (Nathan) Patterson of Knoxville, Kenzi Deason of Chattanooga and Keleigh Jones and Kelcy Pepper both of McMinnville; 18 great-grandchildren, Briarra, Nelci, Cain, Nicole, Christopher, Brooke, Mallory, Keegan, Spencer, Sophia, Levi, Annie, Olivia, Harper, Autumn, Macie, Mosley and Swayze and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2026 in High's Chapel with Trent Key and Cody Deason officiating. Burial will follow in the Armstrong Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at High's.
