McMinnville resident and Warren County native Deborah Ann Orrick, age 65, was born December 5, 1959 and died May 20, 2025 at Life Care Center of Tullahoma in Tullahoma, TN following an extended illness. Miss Orrick was a retired reading educator. She was the daughter of the late James Albert
