Following roofing work done in January, new Plaza Shopping Center owner Anchor Investments, LLC is continuing to make improvements to its property.
This week, attention has moved to the parking lot. Building tenants were informed of work which began Monday, May 18 and is expected to continue through Wednesday, May 20. The project is being done by a crew from AMI Construction, Inc., based in Lebanon, which will be filling cracks and seal coating and striping the parking lot.

In January, Micah Lacher of Anchor Investments spoke to the Main Street Journal about the roofing repairs and foreshadowed the parking lot improvements which are now coming to fruition.
"We will also be doing a good amount of paving work and making other improvements to the center this year," Lacher said. "We're very excited to breathe new life into this center and bring some new tenants in over time as well to add new energy.”
Until next time, the Beat goes on
