TCAT-McMinnville announced Thursday that Mike Anderson was recently hired as the Associate Instructor for the new Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) program for the TCAT-McMinnville Main Campus.

HVAC-R classes will begin on Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, for the Late Fall Enrollment start. The program is currently accepting applications for students.

Anderson shared his perspective on the new program, stating, "The demand for skilled HVAC-R technicians has never been higher, but the technology inside these modern systems is changing faster than ever. My goal is to ensure our students don't just learn how to fix hardware but leave here with the advanced diagnostics and problem-solving skills that local employers desperately need."
