If you’re on the hunt for a great local place to hang out as well as a bargain, Keval Sheth has just what you’re looking for.
Sheth, the owner of The Inn at Tree City at 809 Sparta St., wants to make the community aware The Cafe at Tree City, a coffee shop and breakfast place, and The Well at Tree City, a high-end cocktail bar, are open to the community, not just hotel guests.
To help spread the word, Sheth is launching Tree City Treasure. Each week a Tree City gift card will be left in a secret location around town.
“We encourage everyone to follow our social media pages for The Well and The Cafe and turn on their Notifications,” Sheth said. “We’ll do one live video each week with a tease of the gift card’s location. It will be easily accessible and available to the first person who finds it. We want to make sure everyone knows The Well and The Cafe are open to everyone. we want to be a community hang-out.”
The gift card will go even further with Happy Hour at The Well and Golden Hour at The Cafe from 4 - 7 p.m. each day the establishments are open. During those special times, The Well offers $2 off all beer, wine, cocktails and food and The Cafe offers $2 off all barista-made drinks.
“Because both areas are family friendly, we have a lot of people come in and get something for the kids while the parents enjoy an adult beverage,” Sheth said.
The first Tree City Treasure Drop is expected later today.
