McMinnville resident Tiara Danielle Smith was born Nov. 3, 1998 and died Aug. 29, 2026 at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center.

Tiara Danielle Smith is preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Birda Mae Thomas; aunt, Gina Thomas and grandparents, Edward Wayne Smith and Lillian Henny Smith.

Tiara Danielle Smith is survived by daughter, EmberLynn MaeAnn Smith-Conley of McMinnville; partner, Heath Conley; parents, Edward James Smith of McMinnville and Toshia Thomas of Murfreesboro; siblings, Keara Smith, Courtni Jones, Wesley Thomas and Shaneeka Pleasant, all of McMinnville and Lybraun Caperton of Cookeville; grandmother, Tonya Thomas of Murfreesboro; aunts, Alicia Strode and Renita Martin of McMinnville, Marian Smith of Memphis and Brittany Thomas of Murfreesboro; great-aunt, Deborah Thomas-Grayson of Murfreesboro; several nieces, nephews and cousins and bonus mom, Angela Brakeall.
