Totally Ice Cream, a family-owned ice cream shop owned and operated by Mat and Amanda McGee, is located at 1267 Archie Rhinehart Parkway in Spencer. The shop specializes in homemade ice cream made on-site, offering traditional favorites and creative flavors in a colorful, 1990s-inspired setting.
The McGees originally opened Totally Ice Cream in Florida in July 2022, where they operated until September 2024. After relocating their family to Tennessee, they decided to bring the business with them, reopening in Spencer in April 2026.
Today, Mat and Amanda operate the business together with help from their son and daughters.
“That's one of the things we enjoy most about it,” the McGees said. “We're not just building a business — we're getting to build something together as a family.”
