A new local business is helping White County residents beat the summer heat one scoop at a time.
Yummy Yeti Ice Cream, a family-owned venture operated by Tyler Pinegar, officially opened earlier this year and has already begun making appearances at events throughout the Upper Cumberland. In addition to serving customers at festivals and community gatherings, the business recently established a home location on Old Kentucky Road, just beyond Amazing Acres.
Pinegar said the idea was born from a desire to create something of his own while filling a niche he felt was missing locally.
