An investigation initiated by the Algood Police Department has resulted in the arrest of 46-year old Mathew S. Hooper who has been charged with two counts of Soliciting Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and District Attorney Investigators assisted.
District Attorney General Bryant C. Dunaway said all agencies continue to further the investigation in this case to determine if more charges are appropriate
