The Crossville City Council will not be meeting for their monthly work session Tuesday, July 7th. All items on the agenda for tonight will be discussed and action taken, if necessary, at the Council meeting next Tuesday, July 14th.
On July 8, 1776 the Declaration of Independence was read aloud to the public for the very first time.
In honor of that first public reading, Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster will read the Declaration in its entirety Wednesday, July 8th on the front steps of the historic courthouse beginning
The Cumberland County Building and Grounds Committee will be meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm in Room 302 on the third floor of the historic courthouse.

The TCAT Upper Cumberland Relay For Life Car Wash Fundraiser will be held Thursday, July 23rd from 8am to 1pm at Building #5, 910 Miller Avenue in Crossville. Every car wash helps support the fight against cancer.
