
McMinnville resident and Warren County native Betty Josephine Massar, 87, was born June 14, 1938 and died Aug. 4, 2025 at her residence following an extended illness.
A retired employee of Hubbard Construction, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Mildred Durham Anderson. She was married to Edwin Woodlee and Alex Massar, both who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by son, Hardy Woodlee and siblings, Charles Anderson, Ranse Anderson, Barbara Hullett and Judy Gjebre.
Mrs. Massar is survived by daughter, Sharon Woodlee of McMinnville; son, Marty Woodlee of McMinnville; five grandchildren, Samantha Ferrell, Luke Woodlee, Shawn Woodlee, Eric Pendergraph and Kyle Wright; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Sam Anderson of St. Louis, MO and Jerry Anderson of Dunlap and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Massar will be cremated. Visitation will be Friday from 2 p.m. until 8 at High’s.
