Bigham named Reddick Brown Ford First Responder of the Month

Warren County Sheriff's Office Deputy Elmer Bigham has been honored by Reddick Brown Ford as it second First Responder of the Month honoree.

The honor includes a framed certificate and a free car detailing valued at $300. In recommending Bigham for the recognition, Warren County Sheriff Jackie Matheny, Jr. was effusive in his praise of the deputy.

"Deputy Elmer Bigham has been a dedicated member of the Warren County Sheriff's Office since 2019, beginning his career in the Corrections Division where he rose to the rank of corporal," Matheny said. "Through his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, he earned a promotion to patrol deputy and successfully graduated from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in 2024.

"Deputy Bigham is known for his hard work, professionalism and unwavering dedication to serving others. He approaches his duties with a sincere heart and a deep sense of responsibility to the community he protects. His actions and character consistently reflect the values of a true public servant, making him a respected member of the department and a trusted presence in the community."
