A man wanted in California on felony charges involving accusations of child pornography and communications with a minor was taken into custody in White County in August.
The California warrant includes multiple felony charges, and records show White County authorities contacted officials there to confirm the warrant and determine whether they intended to return the man to California. He appeared in White County General Sessions Court Tuesday, where he waived extradition.
