City of Crossville Warns of Planning Commission Email Scam

The City of Crossville has been made aware that some illegitimate emails have been sent out pretending to be from the Crossville Planning Commission.

The scam emails ask the recipient to complete a wire transfer to allow a project to go forward. The emails are coming from planning.cityofcrossvilletn@usa.com This address DOES NOT belong to the City of Crossville.

Recipients should mark this email as spam and always remember to verify the sender’s address first.
