·       Main Street Live!, the local concert series sponsored by Main Street McMinnville, will  move to the Gilley Pool Friday, July 4 for a special performance by the Joe Harvey Band and opening act, Ninth Sun. Music begins at 6 p.m., and will take place in the field between the Milner Recreation Center and the Gilley Pool.

·       A free car wash, compliments of General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore to provide community service hours for juveniles, will be held Saturday, June 28, from 9 a.m. until noon in the parking lot of the Warren County Administration Building at 201 Locust St. Anyone needing their dirty car cleaned is encouraged to attend.

·       The Warren County Democratic Party will hold its monthly meeting Monday, July 7, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Magnolia Room of the Warren County Administration Building at 201 Locust St. The party meets the first Monday of each month.

·       The West Sparta Church of Christ will host its Vacation Bible School from July 7–10, running nightly from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. under the theme “Truth Hunters.” The program will offer classes for all age groups, from babies to adults. The adult class will feature Jeremy Pate of Apologetics Press as the guest speaker. The event encourages participants of all ages to “Join the Hunt” in a dynamic and engaging Bible learning experience.

·       A free pool party for kids, sponsored by PBS, will be held at the Gilley Pool Thursday, July 10, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The event includes free entry to the Gilley Pool, fun activity booths, giveaways and prizes. For more information, call (931) 528-2222.

·       Caring Hearts United’s monthly meeting will be held Tuesday, July 15, from 6-7 p.m. at 352 S. Chancery St., Suite 4. Caring Hearts is a nonprofit organization that assists hospice units in Warren and Surrounding counties. For more information call 931-507-0304 or email caringheartsunited@yahoo.com. The group will not meet in September, November or December.

·       Highlands Elite Real Estate will have an Ice Cream Day Friday, July 18, from 2-4 p.m. at 477 N. Chancery St. in McMinnville. Ice cream will be provided by Baskin-Robbins of Cookeville and Algood, and the first 100 visitors will receive a free scoop.

·       The City of McMinnville will host a free short-term rental workshop on July 14 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce. Designed for current and prospective hosts, the event will cover regulations, hospitality tips, and business strategies, supporting Warren County’s growing tourism sector and helping property owners enhance guest experiences and rental success.

·       Heavenly Closet Thrift Store is open Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at 100 Market Street, adjacent to the Farmer’s Market. The organization’s soup kitchen is open Mondays and Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. until noon each day, at 218 E. Main St. Proceeds from the thrift store fund the soup kitchen’s efforts. Volunteers and donations are always accepted. The group is part of the “Helping Hands” ministry.
