What began with a dog being struck on Gum Springs Mountain Road in June escalated into a chase, a collision and criminal charges. Those charges were resolved Tuesday in White County General Sessions Court where the man accused of following three women after the incident and intentionally striking the rear of their vehicle pleaded guilty.
