Elaine Marie Foutch Mathis, 67

Elaine Marie Foutch Mathis, 67, of McMinnville passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025 at her residence. She was born on August 27, 1958. She was of Christian faith. She was employed at General Electric for several years, but her heart was always with her family at Billy’s Restaurant and later Foutch’s Family Restaurant. Earlier this year, her son opened a food truck, Tasty Stack, where she helped part time as well. She loved cooking and serving, enjoying sitting on the beaches of Florida, and spoiling her grandkids who were her whole world.

Survivors include her father Billy Foutch, her loving children Michelle (Chris) Arnold and Gelico (Heather) Mathis, sister Debbie Foutch, and grandchildren Graecy Arnold, Ty Arnold, Karsyn Mathis, Asher Mathis, and Collier Mathis. She is preceded in death by her mother Marie Foutch, maternal grandparents Vernal and Jessie Walker, and paternal grandparents Quimbie and Mary Alice Foutch.

Funeral service for Elaine is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Phillip Rowland will officiate. Interment will follow at Shellsford Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again on Thursday from 11 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
