Five athletes. Thirty-three medals. And, somehow, an eighth-place finish among the clubs represented at an international competition with more than 3,200 starts.
That is what five athletes from Bushido Karate Center are bringing home from the World Martial Arts Committee World Games.

The White County High School boys cross country team continued to make strides Saturday, finishing eighth at the Burnett Invitational in Cookeville.
Freshman Kolt Pryor once again led the Warriors, completing the 5K course in 21:29.06 and finishing among the top 50 in a field of 137 high
White County had the lead twice Monday night. Cookeville took it away twice. After four sets, the Warriorettes were right back where they started: needing one more win against the team that had swept them in August.
