After years of working alongside our community in leadership and service, I am ready to take the next step in my commitment to White County. My name is Kyle Goff, and I am seeking the office of White County Executive.

I was born and raised in White County, graduating from WCHS before earning a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech University. My dad, Doug Goff, retired as Sparta Police Chief in 2023 and has been a pulpit minister for over 45 years. I met my wife, Amanda, at the Sparta YMCA in 2008. We have been married for 12 years and have two beautiful daughters. No one has believed in me more or pushed me to reach my full potential.

I began working at the YMCA in 2010, staying until 2014 in various roles including interim-CEO. The next four years, I worked in the private sector, owning and managing a business and then returned to the Y in 2018 as CEO. The Y has been a catalyst for much of my professional development and personal growth.

The foundation of my life is my faith. My family and I are members at McElroy Church of Christ. My relationship with God has been both personal and transformative, guiding me in all my decisive action.

I have held a District 7 County Commissioner seat for the last 5 years, holding several leadership roles on the Commission including Chairman of the Commission. I have viewed my time as commissioner as another opportunity to serve.

Everything I have experienced — growing up in White County, raising my family here, leading through the YMCA, and serving in a variety of roles — has shaped my heart for this community. I owe everything to White County, and after all it has given to me, I feel a moral obligation to give back to it. I am asking for your prayers, your support and your vote in the May 5th Republican Primary.
