A White County man accused of driving a vehicle reported stolen out of Georgia while carrying loaded firearms and an open container of alcohol avoided a felony conviction Tuesday after reaching a plea agreement in General Sessions Court. The agreement brought an end to a case that began with a FLOCK camera alert and a traffic stop on Highway 111.
