From a young age, Tyler Driver knew he wanted to serve others. At just 16 years old, he joined the Putnam County Fire Department Explorers Program, following in the footsteps of his father’s firefighting career. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a lifelong passion for public service.

Today, Driver serves as a firefighter with the City of Crossville Fire Department while also volunteering with the Doyle Fire Department. In both roles, he has developed a reputation for dedication, professionalism, and a willingness to step up whenever his community needs him.

Driver continues to invest in his training and education as well. He is currently preparing to earn his Advanced EMT certification, a step that will expand his ability to respond to emergencies and provide lifesaving care.

Those who know him best say his character shines just as brightly as his work ethic.

“We are immensely proud of our son and the path he has chosen," Driver's parents said. "He has matured into a remarkable young man who lives his life with integrity and joy.”

Driver’s journey is a powerful example of what can happen when passion, dedication, and a heart for service come together. Through his work in Crossville and Doyle, he represents the very best of the fire service and the communities he proudly protects.
