The Main Street Journal reported on Nov. 3, 2025 that Firehouse Subs had signed a letter of intent with Northgate Shopping Center management to open a new restaurant in the space between Five Below and Save a Lot.

On Friday, March 13, the MSJ received confirmation from Northgate management that a long-term lease has been signed and construction is underway to bring the popular sub sandwich shop to Warren County for the first time.

No opening date is known at this time.
