On a Roll: Fujiyama sushi truck serves up flavor in Sparta

A bright red food truck parked at 340 N. Spring Street in Sparta is bringing a new flavor to the local dining scene. 

Located across from North Sparta Church of God, Fujiyama has operated from the spot since opening in late December 2025. The truck serves a menu centered on traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist, offering residents a different option in the community’s growing food landscape.
