McMinnville resident and Chicago, Ill. native Jacqueline Mae Villarreal, 76, was born Oct. 11, 1949 and died March 6, 2026 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville following a sudden illness.
A homemaker and member of Smartt Assembly of God, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Dorothy Osbourne Morganflash. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Nicole Villarreal; brother, Fred Morganflash and sister, Carol Morganflash.
She was married to Robert Villarreal of McMinnville on Feb. 14, 1986. In addition to her husband, Jacqueline is survived by three children, Jackie (Russ) Bowling of Carpentersville, IL and Sam Hernandez and Rosa (Matt) Mallette, both of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Celina (Roberto) Perez, Jennifer Martinez, Alyssa (Chris) Guzman, Jose Negrete, Noah Mallette, Skylar Mallette, Madison Mallette and Caleb Mallette and great-grandchildren, Isabella Perez, Sophia Perez, Adrian Guzman, Ellie Guzman, Maleni Guzman and Josiah Negrete.
