Main Street Media welcomes Brittany Hutson to Sparta team

Main Street Media is pleased to welcome a familiar face in the White County community to its Sparta team. Brittany Hutson has joined the company as an advertising representative, where she will work closely with local businesses to help them connect with readers and grow their presence in the Sparta market.

For many residents, Hutson is already well known. She has been part of the Sparta community since 2007, when she met her husband, Albert. Together they are raising four children — two boys and two girls — who stay busy with athletics through both school teams and city leagues.

Because of that, Hutson and her family are fixtures at local sporting events.

“You will always find me on the sidelines, in the bleachers at a gym, or out on a field cheering for my kids,” Hutson said. “Sports, sports and more sports — that’s our life.”

Hutson has built strong connections throughout White County through her work in the medical and dental fields. Many residents came to know her during her time at Dr. Drake’s medical office, later at Providence Family Medicine, and eventually at Rockin’ Smiles Dental, where she was often one of the first faces patients saw when they walked through the door.

She also previously worked as an advertising agent at The Expositor, where she gained experience helping businesses share their message with the community. Those experiences, combined with her outgoing personality and love for the area, make her a natural fit for the role.

“I’m excited to help both small local businesses and larger corporate companies grow,” Hutson said. “Family-owned businesses are the backbone of communities like ours, and I look forward to helping them reach more people.”

After nearly two decades in White County, Hutson says the community has become an important part of her life.

“This has been my home for 19 years, and it’s the only home my kids have ever known,” she said. “I love the closeness of our community and how people are always willing to help each other. I can’t see myself anywhere else.”

While advertising is the primary focus of her new role, Hutson says she sees the opportunity as something larger than simply selling ads.

“Yes, I’m helping businesses advertise, but I’m also excited because it allows me to help tell the story of our community,” she said. “In many ways, we’re helping document the history of White County as it’s happening.”

When she’s not working or supporting her children at sporting events, Hutson enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing — another way she likes to unwind and enjoy time with family.

Main Street Media officials say they are excited to add Hutson’s local knowledge, relationships and enthusiasm to the team as the company continues expanding its presence in Sparta.

With deep roots in the community and a passion for helping others succeed, Hutson brings both experience and heart to Main Street Media’s mission of serving White County.
