As fall approaches, the fields at McCulley’s Amazin’ Acres are preparing to once again welcome families, school groups and visitors for a season filled with pumpkins, sunflowers, farm activities and hands-on agricultural experiences.

Located at 2857 Old Kentucky Road in Sparta, the family-owned farm, operated by Jimmy McCulley, combines a working agricultural operation with a seasonal agritourism destination that has become a tradition for many local families.

McCulley’s Amazin’ Acres is a full-time working farm producing corn, soybeans, strawberries, pumpkins, sweet corn and cattle. The farm’s operation began in 1999 after McCulley began looking for a new source of income following difficult years for the dairy and tobacco industries.
