The Pickett County Sheriff’s Office has announced the capture of 39-year-old Jesse Wayne Phillips who was wanted for Second-Degree Murder in the May fatal shooting of Christopher B. Yates on Parker Road in Pall Mall, Tennessee.

Phillips was considered Armed and Dangerous and was on the TBI’s Most Wanted List and the U.S. Marshals Service was also looking for him.

Details on his capture were not immediately released.
