Penny Michele Randall, 62

Morrison resident and Marysville, OH native Penny Michele Randall, 62, was born January 27, 1963 and died November 22, 2025 at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following an extended illness.

The daughter of the late Blaine Kenneth Fulton, Sr. and Barbara Lee Pettrey Feasel, she was also preceded in death by daughter, Angel Brown; sister, Patty Borst and brother, Kenneth Fulton, Jr.

Ms. Randall is survived by children, Holli (Ben) Hobbs of McMinnville, Adam Brown of Milton, FL, and Anthony (Jacqueline) Brown of Marion, OH; extended children, Jessica Brown, Jessica (Pat) Wade, Daniel Rainey, Leslie (Michael) Hughes, Juanita Davis, Dustin (Starr) Preston, Brandy Lester, Tree Rader and Timothy (Jessica) York; grandchildren, Destiny Brown, Sterling Brown, Brianne Brown, Zoie Brown, Randal McCarver, Elijah Brown, Savannah Brown, Joseph Hobbs, Ronaldo Martinez, Chino Martinez, Makayah Webb, Halie Burgess, Jacolby Rainey, Danek Rainey, Brenley Davis, Jonavon Davis, Kevin Russell Bear, Zyleana Whitaker, Sierra Stinnett, Jazmine Burch, Deziree Deters, Caslen Ross, Cierrah Baker and Lottie Hash; great-grandchild, Ilyse Asalia Beasley; siblings, Denise Fulton, Clara Wood, Bobby Fulton, Deb (Kevin) Russell and several nieces and nephews.

Ms. Randall will be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
