  • Thursday, March 26 – Saturday, March 28 – Used Book Sale presented by The Friends of White County Public Library  
  • Saturday, March 28, 1pm – 5pm – Bon Air Mountain Spring Walking Tour starting at 7091 Crossville Highway, Sparta. This is a 3–6-mile walking tour (transportation provided for those who cannot make the full roundtrip). Cost is $10 per adult, $5 for high school and college students; children are free if accompanied by an adult. 
  • Saturday, March 28, 8am – Field Workday at the County baseball/softball fields at the White County Recreational Complex on Highway 70. 
  • Saturday, March 28, 10am – Bunny-Palooza at McCulley’s Amazin’ Acres, 2857 Old Kentucky Road, Sparta. All day egg hunt (no mad dash), baby animals, and 60+ farm activities.  
  • Saturday, March 28, 10am – 12noon – Easter Egg Hunt on the Mountain at Bon Air Mountain Community Church, 6389 Crossville Hwy, Sparta. 
  • Saturday, March 28, 10am – 5pm – Easter Egg Hunt & Market at the Tulip Farm hosted by Roberts Five Farm, 463. Board Valley Road, Sparta. 
  • Saturday, March 28, 12pm – 4pm – Meet and Greet with Sheriff Candidate Daniel Trivette at Chestnut Oaks Farm, 7355 Burgess Falls Road, Sparta. 
  • Saturday, March 28, 8:30am – 4:30pm – Hunter Education Course presented by TWRA Officer Andrew Weber. This event is free of charge to anyone 9 years and older. Bring a lunch. Pre-registration is suggested, but not required, as space is limited.   • Thursday, April 9, 4pm – 6pm – Ice Cream Social and Meet & Greet with County Executive Denny Wayne Robinson at the Sparta Activity Center, 321 E. Bronson Street, Sparta. 
  • Saturday, April 11, 8am – Shady Brady Fallen Firefighter Ride leaving from the Sparta Fire Department on North Spring Street. Registration at 8am, ride starts at 9am. 
  • Saturday, April 11, 10am – 12 noon – Meet the Candidate: Mike Croley for Congress at Old Courthouse in Sparta. 
  • Saturday, April 11, 9am – 5pm – White County High School’s Club America is hosting a Diaper Dash at Oldham Theater on Liberty Square. The students will be accepting donations of diapers, wipes, formula, and baby clothes for Clean Hearts Ministries’ crisis pregnancy center in Sparta.

  • Saturday, April 18, 11am – 2pm – Meet and Greet with Joe Hallums, White County Executive Candidate. Sparta Civic Center, 514 E Bockman Way, Sparta.  
  • Saturday, April 18 – Plane Pull & Run the Runway 5k fundraiser for Special Olympics at the Upper Cumberland Regional Airport, 750 Airport Road, Sparta.

  • Saturday, April 25, 1pm – 4pm – Meet and Greet with Sheriff Candidate Daniel Trivette at Quebeck/Walling Community Center. This event will include a Town Hall Style Q & A Session from 2pm – 3pm.  
  • Saturday, May 2, 6pm – 9pm – A Night on the Red Carpet Father/Daughter Dance presented by Sparta-White County Rescue Squad at Duck Pond Manor, 655 Duck Pond Road, Sparta. For tickets, contact a Squad member.  
  • Monday, May 11 – Blood Drive at White County Sheriff’s Office, 111 Depot Street, Sparta. This will be a Blood Assurance event. 
  • Saturday, May 16, 5pm – 9pm  Sock Hop and Cruise in on the Square in downtown Sparta.
