McMinnville in the spotlight
A grateful crowd gathered to kick off a busy weekend at the Park Theater with The Stolen Faces: Celebrating the music of The Grateful Dead Friday night.
The Nashville-based band comprised of Christian Grizzard, Packy Lundholm, Jeff Malinowski, Matt Martin and John Wallum, treated an eager crowd, several clad in tie-dye, to many of the legendary band’s greatest hits.

The show, emceed by Keaton Kell, was kicked off with “Promised Land” before the band launched into a set list which included “Deal,” “Cassidy,” Scarlet Begonias,” and “Sunshine Daydream.” Following an intermission, the second set included “Terrapin Station,” “Eyes of the World,” “Truckin’” and many others.


Deadheads delighted to favorite songs of their youth with several turning the area in front of the stage into an impromptu dance floor.
The music continues Saturday night as Cote Deonath and Riley Jenkins present The Ultimate Elvis Concert at 7 p.m.
