Built by the community, one sip at a time

The Lemon Lounge & Grill opened as a family-owned food truck four years ago. Since then it has been serving Sparta and the surrounding community with fresh, made-to-order food, handcrafted lemonades, dirty sodas and friendly service. This familiar food truck is owned by Debra Matz and her daughter, Melody Matz, the mobile business has been serving the community at local events, festivals, fundraisers, school gatherings, church events and celebrations all around White County.

The business was created with a simple goal: bringing people together through good food and refreshing drinks.
