Timothy Wayne Lewis, 48

Sparta resident and South Bend, Ind. native Timothy Wayne Lewis, 48, was born Jan. 15, 1978 and died suddenly Jan. 21, 2026 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.

A house manager at Community Options, Inc. in Cookeville, he was the son of the late Frances and Carol Rowland Weaver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Michael Lewis.

Mr. Lewis is survived by daughter, Piper Lewis and friend, Benita King, both of Rock Island.

Per his wishes, Mr. Lewis will be cremated. Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026 from noon until 7 p.m. at High’s.
