PHOTOS: From the show ring to the chicken house

The Pony Show took over the arena Tuesday night at the White County Fair, with competitors taking part in everything from halter lead line and walk/trot classes to the costume contest and potato run.

Later in the evening, the Horse Show moved into the arena with another round of competition that continued well into the night.

There was plenty happening outside the arena, too. The antique tractor was put to work making ice cream, while over in the chicken house, visitors could check out some of the prize-winning poultry entered in this year’s fair.

We were there for some of Tuesday night’s action.
