Two divisions of the White County Youth Baseball and Softball League crowned champions Thursday night, while four more divisions will wrap up tournament play this evening. Championship games are scheduled for 5:30 p.m., with team and individual season awards to follow at 7 p.m.
The Coach Pitch Boys division completed its tournament Thursday, and it was another upset-filled run for Three Rivers. After knocking off top-seeded Price Sluggers in the semifinals Tuesday night, Three Rivers returned to the field Thursday and defeated second-seeded National Guard to claim the division championship.
The Minor Boys division also wrapped up its season Thursday, with fourth-seeded Turney Financial putting together an impressive tournament run. Turney opened tournament play Saturday with a win over fifth-seeded Koala Insulation before upsetting top-seeded Tru-North on Wednesday. On the opposite side of the bracket, the higher seeds largely held serve as second-seeded Meeks Construction advanced to the title game after defeating third-seeded Nate Card Construction. But the championship matchup belonged to Turney Financial, as the fourth seed completed its run through the bracket and brought home the division title.

The Competitive T-Ball division is set for tonight's championship game between top-seeded Doyle Church of the Nazarene and third-seeded The Way. Doyle advanced with a Thursday victory over Jaxito Burrito, which had upset Parker Metal the night before to reach the semifinals. The Way earned its spot in the title game by defeating Warrior Wash.
In the Major Boys division, Whitson Lawncare defeated Spar Gas while Sonic eliminated Toro Nutrition on Thursday night. That sets up a championship showdown between the division's top two seeds as Whitson and Sonic battle for the tournament crown tonight.
The Minor Girls bracket also produced a championship matchup between the division's top two teams. Franks continued its strong season by defeating Powerhouse, which had upset Yert on Wednesday, to advance to the finals. Reco, the No. 2 seed, defeated third-seeded Tennessee Septic to earn a spot in what should be a highly competitive championship game this evening.
The Major Girls division did not play Thursday. Instead, top-seeded Calfkiller Brewing Company and second-seeded BCX will meet tonight at 5:30 p.m. with the tournament championship on the line.
