Early Tuesday morning, a single-vehicle accident led to a temporary roadway closure on Walnut Grove Road. Law enforcement and emergency personnel responded to the scene, where a canopy was set up as part of the investigation. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, which served as the on-scene command unit, the crash resulted in two fatalities.
