The White County High School Science Club continued its strong showing in academic competition recently, competing in the Science Olympiad for the third consecutive year.

Often described as a premier K-12 STEM competition, Science Olympiad functions much like an “academic track meet,” where teams of students compete in a variety of hands-on events focused on biology, chemistry, earth science, physics, and engineering. The events challenge students to build devices, conduct experiments, and complete written tests while working together to solve complex problems.
