Family Member’s Call Leads to Domestic Assault Arrest

A domestic assault investigation in White County began after a family member contacted authorities out of concern for a woman they said was afraid to seek help on her own. According to an arrest warrant, the investigation led deputies to allegations of repeated abuse inside the home, visible bruising observed by law enforcement and statements later made by the defendant following his arrest.
