A look around the White County Fair during Thursday’s Media Night, as sponsors and invited guests got an early taste of fair week before the gates opened to the public.

The rides were spinning, the food was frying and the midway was already starting to look a lot like fair week Thursday night.
The White County Agricultural Fair welcomed sponsors and invited guests to the fairgrounds for its annual Media Night, giving them a chance to enjoy an early taste of the fair before the gates open to the public Friday.
There was plenty to sample, from pizza, popcorn and cotton candy to nachos, sandwiches and funnel cakes, while the carnival offered a first chance to take a ride or try a game.
Now, the preview is over and it is time for the real thing.
