Warrior Media has become one of the best media resources for WCHS and the White County community. Warrior Media is celebrating their 10th Anniversary of providing not only morning announcements to the faculty and students, but sharing school news and school events around the United States and the World. The alumni and fans of WCHS have watched from their local homes, while on vacation, and even while stationed abroad in the US military.

Under the direction of Mrs. Candice Allen and Mr. Cameron Dronebarger, the days of working with a camera or two have blossomed to a top notch production. Many schools and school districts have visited WCHS to see the program and gain ideas to help them start a program. The White County School System has a program that shines with excellence across the state and literally around the world.

With the addition of equipment and state of the art items i.e. the mobile studio in the Warrior Media truck, Warrior Media has made even more advancement into helping students begin their dreams of being in the media world. Partnerships with great groups like Ben Lomand have made the dreams that were written on paper become a reality. The community has supported the program and are eager to see more advancements in the program.

This season under Mrs. Allen’s direction the Spring season of year 10 has hit the airwaves. Eager young minds are producing great work once again for everyone to enjoy. With basketball season in full force, the morning show has kicked off with great success. This season, dedicated Warrior Media fans will see the talents of Langley Austin, Kyra Fox, Daygan Phillips, Lorelei Bouldin, Addison Dodgen, Carter Carter, Arian Qualls, and Trey Kirby.

Thank you to Mrs. Allen and Mr. Dronebarger for helping the students within the program at WCHS make great strides in their goal of increasing their knowledge of the audio visual and communications field. WCHS appreciates the support of the WCSS school board and Mr. Dronebarger in all of our academic fields. WCHS students on a daily basis show the academic and extracurricular successes achieved through the great programs offered in the school.
