The White County Middle School basketball team lit up the scoreboard Monday night as they took to the court in the opening round of the regional tournament. While they allowed the Lake Forest Bruins to score off the opening tip, that was the only moment the Warriors would trail as they cruised to a 51-32 win and advanced to Thursday’s championship game.

Tate Pinion posted a double-double as he dropped 17 points through the basket and pulled 14 rebounds off the boards. Not to be outdone, Carson Delong found the net five times from behind the three-point line on his way to a 21-point night.
