A late-night property damage crash led to an underage impaired driving charge after a trooper reported the driver appeared sluggish and admitted using a THC vape earlier in the evening.
Asked later to rate her own impairment, the driver put herself at a 2½ on a scale where 1 was completely sober and 10 was “fried.”
