The White County Warriorettes will play for the State Championship for the first time since 1992. Sparta accomplished that feat after a game with a thriller ending with the Cocke County Lady Red.
The semi-final game came down to the final few critical minutes after two star Warriorettes fouled out. Gracie Clark and Lakelyn Grasty would both foul out of the game only moments apart midway through the final quarter.
